Who We Are

Scott is a Cation co-founder with over 20 years of IT industry experience. With a career in financial Services in a variety of Senior Management and leadership roles, Scott has an exceptional record implementing complex business technology solutions. Leading high performing teams in enterprise environments has found Scott over a 13 year period working for major Australian financial institutions Westpac, Commonwealth and ANZ Banks. To complement his management expertise Scott has a comprehensive technical capability with 6 years at IBM designing and deploying enterprise hardware and software solutions to enhance productivity and automate processes across of range of industries and global clients. Additionally Scott has a consultancy background with CPT Global in the role to identify and deliver technology cost saving initiatives across the financial, government and retail industries. Scott as Cation’s CEO brings together his wealth of business, technology and delivery experience to position Cation to deliver a solution to market enabling organisations to make performance visible and optimize the management of their technology services.

Robert is a Cation co-founder with over 20 years of IT industry experience. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Robert is considered an expert in his field having extensive experience in the design and delivery of web, application and database solutions. A number of senior roles in Telecommunications, Financial and Retail industries has seen Robert lead teams to deliver complex technology solutions and service improvements. Robert’s experience extends to ten years in technology at services giant Hewlett Packard in a variety of operational, software development and management roles. At Vodafone Robert led the development of CRM and payment solutions and five years at the Commonwealth Bank has seen Robert further hone his skills specialising in enterprise solution development and application performance tuning. With his in-depth knowledge of cloud systems and a comprehensive background in the development of enterprise technology products, Roberts role as the CTO places Cation in a formidable position to transform and digitize technology and business services.
